· Please note that ceiling installations requiring ladders over 10 feet may incur additional labor and/or scissor lift rental fees if not provided by the venue.

· Candles: Taper, Pillar, Floating in Monet or clear glass cylinders. Other vessels available.

· Faux Candles: $5 – $7 each

· Real Candles: $10 – $12 each

· Votives (Real or Faux): $3 each

· Clients are welcome to provide their own candles, vessels, candle holders, and styling décor items for our team to set and style onsite.

· Greenery and blooms for cake/dessert table * More substantial design refers to above pricing

· Flower girl petals

· Estimated Investment: $500 – $3000+

· This fee may include floral delivery, full event set-up, ceremony-to-reception flips, installation labor, and end-of-night teardown and floral strike.

· Labor-related services are estimated based on the current proposal scope and may be adjusted to align with final event logistics and setup requirements.

· These services may also be customized and offered à la carte based on client needs.

· Additional travel and fuel fees may apply for events outside the Greensboro, Triad, Burlington, and Winston-Salem areas.

· Certain locations and full-service weddings outside our standard service region may require a minimum floral investment.

· Floral pricing is subject to market fluctuations and seasonal availability.

· Premium blooms and highly customized installations may exceed listed averages.

· Repurposing ceremony florals into reception spaces may incur additional labor fees.

· Final pricing is confirmed within the client’s customized proposal and contract.
